Products Description
The SG-P30 Series Single-Channel Digital Output Pressure Sensor is a high-precision MEMS pressure measurement device based on silicon resonant MEMS technology. It adopts a monocrystalline silicon resonant beam + diaphragm sensing structure, which converts applied pressure into resonant frequency shift signals. These signals are processed through built-in temperature/offset compensation, digital calibration circuits, and quantization compensation of the original analog signals to ultimately deliver accurate, stable digital pressure readings.
Compared to traditional piezoresistive or capacitive pressure sensors, the SG-P30 Series boasts significantly higher accuracy, superior long-term stability, and enhanced resistance to electrical and thermal interference. It features multi-point calibration capabilities, including offset calibration, gain calibration, and temperature drift compensation, which effectively ensures output consistency even under wide environmental variations. Additionally, the series supports adjustments to output units, further enhancing its adaptability.
Equipped with a variety of optional digital output interfaces such as CAN, RS-232, RS-422, and RS-485, the SG-P30 Series can seamlessly integrate into PLC, DCS, SCADA, and automated process control systems. There is no need for additional analog signal conditioning, which simplifies installation procedures and reduces maintenance costs.
