SG191
SG191 series pressure core adopts dielectric isolation type package form.This series of cores is based on the strict application environment design, the pressure sensitive chip is encapsulated in a gel filled with silicone oil. The cavity is sealed by a corrugated diaphragm and a stainless steel housing. The core body of this series can measure up to 35MPa pressure, and can provide three pressure measurement types of absolute pressure, gauge pressure and seal pressure as well as excess measurement forms.
