High Reliability Pressure sensing core

SG191 series of pressure sensors are pressure measurement sensitive elements encapsulated with metal isolation. Inside, they are encapsulated highly reliable, accurate and stable SOI pressure chip. The product has a small appearance and compact assembly dimensions, with good interchangeability. It is suitable for pressure measurement applications of various gases or liquids in harsh environments and can also be used for further integrated packaging.

1.Reference conditions (unless otherwise specified): temperature is 25℃, supply voltage is 5VDC or current is 1mA;

2.FS refers to the difference between full-scale pressure output and zero output. The output is proportional to the supply voltage;

3.The temperature coefficient of sensitivity will vary according to the model and range. Please consult for details;

4.Response time refers to the rise time from 10% to 90%.

Mark:

T1 and T2 represent the two pins of temperature sensor PT1000

N1- and N2- are used for hardware zeroing. If zeroing is not required, they can be connected together (power supply -)
