A: Please provide details such as carrier type, application, measurement range, operating temperature, communication interface, mounting dimension and power supply. This helps us evaluate product selection and solution feasibility.

A: Please supply operating temperature, pressure rating, outline dimension / mounting interface, medium (mud, oil & gas, etc.), material requirement, vibration specification, sealing type and service life requirement to ensure the product fits harsh downhole conditions.

A: Yes. Our professional R&D team can develop customized technical solutions according to your operating parameters, mechanical structure and performance requirements. OEM and ODM services are available.

A: There is no mandatory minimum order quantity. Sample orders and small trial orders are acceptable, even for a single unit, to support your preliminary testing and validation.

A: Standard warranty is 12 months. Warranty terms vary for different product lines and custom projects. The final warranty shall be subject to the signed contract.

A: Lead time for standard products is 7–15 working days. Custom-developed products take 2–3 months. The exact schedule will be confirmed separately based on solution complexity, manufacturing difficulty and material availability.

A: Small batches and samples are normally shipped via DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS. Your own freight collect account is acceptable. Air freight and sea freight are available for bulk orders. We can propose multiple logistics options based on cargo value, lead time and destination.
