SG151series of pressure sensors are pressure measurement sensitive elements encapsulated with metal isolation. Inside, they are encapsulated highly reliable, accurate and stable SOI pressure chip. The product has a small appearance and compact assembly dimensions, with good interchangeability. It is suitable for pressure measurement applications of various gases or liquids in harsh environments and can also be used for further integrated packaging.
