IMP Piston Pump (0.16/0.25/0.4cc, Rated pressure 30MPa, Peak pressure 35MPa)

Working Principle: Reciprocating plunger changes sealed volume to suction/discharge oil-upward movement increases volume (suction via check valve); downward movement reduces volume (discharge via check valve).

High Pressure & Flow: Handles over 350 psi, with flow rates from L/h to hundreds of L/min for diverse industrial needs.

Robust Build: Critical components are often made from corrosion-resistant materials, ensuring compatibility with aggressive fluids (e.g., chemicals, solvents) and extending service life.

Note:

1) After the pump is installed in the valve block, it should be raised by about 0.1mm, and it needs to be pressed down with a motor or bell jar.

2) The optimal design for the oil drain hole is at the top of the pump, which can completely discharge the gas inside the pump casing and achieve good lubrication effect.

3) The oil drain circuit can also be connected to a 3mm diameter oil drain hole at the tail of the pump
