SG-R24
The SG-R24-series miniature pressure sensors are internally integrated with SOI piezoresistive pressure chips, which are used for gas pressure testing. The integrated pressure signals go through processes such as temperature compensation and output conditioning, and linearly output DC voltage signals to reflect the current pressure of the measured gas.
