The three-axis MEMS accelerometer is composed of three-axis MEMS accelerometer chip, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit, structure and software which is used to measure the three-axial accelerations of the carrier in real time.
Product built-in full temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, nonlinear compensation and other algorithms, to ensure the product can maintain good performance in static, dynamic conditions and harsh environment, and through high-speed RS-422 serial port for users to output stable and reliable two/three axial acceleration measurement data after error compensation.
