The SG3 series accelerometers adopt the internationally advanced MEMS chip and ASIC circuit integration solution. The chip has a small form factor, light weight and high reliability. It is also the first ultra-small three-axis MEMS accelerometer integrated in the ceramic standard package in China.
It uses a standard +5V voltage input and SPI digital interface output. The device has good universality. Besides the output of acceleration information, it also has real-time output of self-test status, temperature signal and reference potential, which is convenient for use. With a specialized environmental adaptability design, the device has high reliability and can work stably in various shock, vibration and temperature environments.
