Board-mount pressure sensors suitable for pressure measurement applications with extremely low requirements on form factor and power consumption.
The SG-M35 onboard pressure sensor based on MEMS technology are the mainstream.Typically,four piezoresistors are etched on a semiconductor silicon wafer and connected to form a wheatstone bridge,followed by etching a pressure back cavity to create a sensitive silicon diaphragm.When pressure is applied to the back cavity,the sensitive silicon diaphragm deforms,causing changes in the resistance values of the four resistors,thereby generating a voltage output proportional to the applied pressure.
The SG-M35 onboard pressure sensor is a high-precision digital pressure measurement module designed for automotive systems, industrial control, aerospace auxiliary equipment, hydraulic units, and harsh-environment monitoring applications.
It offers standard digital output, wide pressure ranges, ±0.25% F.S. accuracy, and rugged environmental resistance, making it ideal for long-term installation in demanding onboard and embedded systems.
