As the mining depth increases, the underground temperature and pressure increase. The requirement for the working hours of thermos bottles is also increasing. However, due to the limitations of the internal movement diameter and shell, the outer diameter and length of the thermos cannot be arbitrarily increased. In order to utilize limited space, we have provided an integrated design and production of pressure bearing shells and thermos bottles.
Using efficient heat absorbing materials to absorb leakage heat and electronic instrument working heat.
The bottle body is made of high-quality 316L austenitic stainless steel ( Other materials can also be selected according to customer requirements)
Using ultra-high vacuum insulation technology, the annular space between the pipe walls is evacuated, eliminating gas conduction and convective heat transfer.
