Triaxial  MEMS Gyroscope component

The three-axis MEMS gyro component is composed of MEMS gyro chip, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit, structure and software which is used to measure the three axial angular rates of the carrier in real time.

The product adopts flexible connection technology, the software built-in full temperature compensation, installation misalignment angle compensation, nonlinear compensation and other compensation algorithms, to ensure the product in static, dynamic and harsh environmental conditions can also maintain good performance and through high-speed RS-422 serial port for the user output after error compensation stable and reliable two/three axial angle rate measurement data.
