The three-axis MEMS gyro component is composed of high cost performance MEMS gyro chip, temperature sensor, digital signal processing circuit, structure and software, which is used to measure the angular rate of three axes of the carrier in real time.
The product adopts miniaturized structure design and packaging, and the software built-in full temperature compensation, installation misalignment angel compensation, nonlinear compensation algorithms, to ensure the product can maintain good performance in static and dynamic conditions and harsh environment, and through high-speed RS-422 serial port for users to output stable and reliable three axial angular rate measurement data after error compensation.
