SG100A Mine-used Drilling Trajectory Measurement While Drilling System

SG100A intrinsically safe mining type drilling trajectory measuring instrument is used for the drilling track measurement of horizontal holes, depression holes, elevation holes, gas drainage holes, exploration and drainage holes, vertical holes, grouting reinforcement holes in the environment of high gas, high dust an high temperature in the coal mine.

It mainly includes two parts with equipment hardware and supporting intelligent application software.The hardware part realizes the intelligent automatic precision measurement of drilling parameters such as drilling inclination, azimuth Angel, drilling depth, absolute deviation of track, drilling through coal and rock. The software part realizes the function of intelligent unmanned automatic acceptance drilling, accurate positioning of drilling, three-dimensional coordinates(longitude, latitude, elevation) conversion of drilling trajectory, automatic drawing of drilling completion, identification of drilling blank belt, engineering quantity statics, hierarchical query management of drilling,etc.
