Liquid storage tank is generally divided into vertical and horizontal, liquid storage tank body adopts vertical or horizontal and single or double layer insulation structure, the inner bladder is polished to Ra0.45um, the external use of mirror board or frosted board insulation, and fill insulation materials according to user requirements.
The liquid storage tank body has a liquid level meter(no contact ultrasonic, static pressure transformer or glass tube type), air breathing apparatus, sterilization steam port, thermometer(digital display or dial type) CIP universal tank washing device, light hole sight mirror, several inlet and outlet of liquid, and manhole. The interface adopts the international general ISO standard quick loading chuck type, the inner liner adopts imported 316L or 304, the storage tank design is reasonable, the technology is advanced, the automatic control is in line with the GMP standard requirements.
3.Structural features
According to different uses, the liquid storage tank is divided with single-layer liquid storage tank, double-layer thermal insulation liquid storage tank, three-layer heating liquid storage tank, and three-layer heating zone cooling liquid storage tank.
According to different product requirements, the liquid storage tank material is divided into SUS304 or SUS316L. The interface adopts the international general standard quick loading chuck type.
The inner surface of all kinds of liquid storage tanks are polished, roughness Ra<0.4um. The outer surface is matter or film, weld picking treatment or polishing treatment, there is no dead angle inside the equipment.
According to the volume size, all kinds of liquid storage tank pipe mouth with liquid level gauge, breathing mouth, thermometer, CIP cleaning rotary nozzle, manhole ,vertical or horizontal according to the actual needs of customers.
